Cancellation Policy
I understand things happen but please let me know as soon as you can if you need to cancel :) Please contact me at (828)-347-3729 or e-mail annagracenails@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule. That being said if you cancel or reschedule without at least 4 hours notice multiple times or back to back I may have to not allow you to book with me anymore. I don’t want to have to do that but it can be damaging to my business and be losing me opportunities to schedule other clients. But again please just reach out as soon as you know if you have to cancel.
